By using this website or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms. Your storage rental is governed separately by the rental agreement you sign at move-in.

You may use this website to view unit availability, reserve or rent units, make payments, and contact us. You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it by unauthorized means.
2. Pricing and Availability
Unit availability, rates, and promotions shown on the website are subject to change and are confirmed at the time of rental. Promotional terms apply as stated in each offer.
3. Text Messaging Program
Program name: Juneau Self Storage Text Alerts
Program description: Juneau Self Storage sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who opt in. Messages may include rental and reservation confirmations, account notifications, payment reminders, facility and access updates, replies to your questions, and, if you separately opt in, promotional offers.
Opt in: You opt in by checking the text message consent box on our website forms, by agreeing to text messaging during your rental, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of renting a unit or purchasing any service.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the messages you opted in to.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.
