All three locations offer a variety of unit types and sizes to meet your needs.

Are your units heated?
Yes. Heated storage units are available at every Juneau Self Storage location. Our heated spaces are maintained at approximately 55 degrees or higher to protect your belongings from temperature fluctuations.
What kind of security do you have?
Security is a top priority. Each location is equipped with gated access, digital video surveillance, well-lit grounds, and on-site management. You can rest assured your items are stored in one of Juneau’s safest and most trusted facilities.
Do you have elevators or lifts?
Yes. Each of our two-story buildings features large-capacity elevators or lifts to make moving in and out simple and convenient. No carrying heavy items up stairs!
Are carts available for moving items?
Yes. Carts are provided inside our heated buildings to make loading and unloading your belongings as easy as possible.
Do you offer month-to-month leases?
Yes. All leases are month-to-month, so you only pay for storage as long as you need it—no long-term commitments required.
How do I pay my bill?
We offer simple, flexible billing options. Monthly statements are emailed as reminders, and payments can be made by check, cash, credit card, or money order. For convenience, auto-pay is also available.
Is insurance available for my belongings?
Yes. We offer comprehensive insurance options for added peace of mind. Please ask our team for details when renting your unit.
