Juneau Self Storage Management LLC dba Juneau Self Storage owns and operates three self storage facilities in Juneau, Alaska: Lemon Creek (5391 Commercial Boulevard), Salmon Creek (1047 Salmon Creek Lane), and Jordan Creek (2345 Jordan Avenue). This policy applies to all three locations.

Information you provide. We collect information you give us when you reserve or rent a unit, create an account, make a payment, fill out a form, or contact us. Program description. Juneau Self Storage sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who opt in. Messages may include rental and reservation confirmations, account notifications, payment reminders, facility and access updates, replies to your questions, and, if you separately opt in, promotional offers.


How you opt in. You opt in by checking the text message consent box on our website forms, by agreeing to text messaging during your rental, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of renting a unit or purchasing any service.


Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.


Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. STOP applies to all message types. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Mobile information is never shared. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
